where to buy finasteride (proscar propecia) My mom wants me to meditate. She thinks that this daily practice will calm me down. I am not so sure.
follow In the mornings, my mom gets her coffee and drinks it while she reads. I am usually laying right next to her. Then she puts down her book and says, “Bailey, let’s meditate”. In case you don’t know, meditating requires sitting in silence for ten minutes, breathing in and out very deeply. It is supposed to make you feel calm and peaceful. For a Wheaten Terrier who is full of energy, this is very difficult.

She sits in her favorite chair on the porch listening to the birds chirping and other sounds of nature. She is quiet and looks so peaceful. I am listening to the birds chirping and feeling like I want to run after them! I have so many places that are itching me that I want to scratch; my nose, my ears, my right leg…….
I try to breathe in and out, but only end up sneezing, which by the way, really annoys my mom. I stretch, I breathe deeply before finally rolling over on my back with my legs in the air, just waiting for someone to scratch my tummy. Not surprisingly, no one does as the one person in the room with me is “meditating”.
After ten minutes, my mom’s alarm on her cell phone starts to sing. I jump up in fright but my mom pets me and says it’s okay. She looks so happy and content, but I feel anxious from sitting still for so long. To my delight my mom says “Bailey, let’s go for a walk and check out the squirrel situation”. I jump up and run up the stairs to where my leash is at the front door. “Let’s go”, I say. And off we go. Yeah, walking is my kind of meditation!
